Week 1 - C-Class Meeting Mingle

[Shortly after Dazai's announcement, Saki goes around finding all of the C-class she can, directing them to bathrooms.

Once everyone is gathered, she'll speak up:]

I apologize for the location, but this seems to be the one room where we aren't under as much surveillance. That said, I thought it would be best if we could collect our thoughts on how we want to proceed with this mission, since I think all of us were taken by surprise on those rules.

I also want to make note of how many teams have a C-class. I know I'm the only one for the... Blue Butterflies. [Which sounds so ridiculous considering the penalty for failure is death.]

If no one has to die during this mission, I'd like to minimize casualties. Losing man power here doesn't do anyone any good.

[ He's going to move closer to Saki and rest a hand on her shoulder, offering a reassuring smile. After that, he looks back to the others. ]

I assume nobody will be forced to risk their life for anyone here. I would like to think that an agreement to work together should be enough.

[ Even if his tone suggests he doesn't remotely believe it'll work that way. ]

That's bullshit and you know it. The second they split us up into teams they made sure we can't work together anymore.

[arraignments]

Are you really so sure about that?

[ It's... a legit question, actually! ]

What they do to us is one thing. What we choose to do in response is another thing entirely.

[ Suddenly, there's a shift in his tone. The smirk he gives is a tiny bit wider than he would normally wear. There's a tiny bit of something darker in his gaze. ]

Are you really okay with just rolling over and accepting their bullshit? With being an ideal puppet in their show?

[failsaw]

I got my own reasons for surviving, whatever it fuckin' takes.

[arraignments]

[ He gives a grim smile... and then it might seem as though he's just. Latching onto her demeanor and-- ]

And, if there was, say... a majority of us with the same goal in mind, wouldn't that make us allies, regardless of how they want to group us?

[ He gestures to the side, his expression going serious - there's... some anger and determination burning in his eyes, here. ]

Well, fuck what they want! We shouldn't have to be just some source of entertainment that's segregated into chosen teams. We're living beings that deserve to choose how we want our lives to be!
